For textile printing and dyeing enterprises, high temperatures not only exacerbate the harshness of the production environment but also significantly increase the risk of fire. Flammable fabrics piled up in workshops, high-speed electrical equipment, and flammable or explosive dyeing auxiliaries all become ticking time bombs under the catalytic effect of heat. Recently, Daneng Printing and Dyeing has been conducting regular fire‑safety training and drills on hot days to effectively address the fire‑safety hazards posed by high temperatures, comprehensively strengthening employees’ fire‑safety awareness and building a robust safeguard for the company’s safe production.

Company–Zhejiang Sci-Tech University collaborative technology
In recent years, the company has fully implemented the Scientific Outlook on Development, pursued a strategy of strengthening the enterprise through talent, and vigorously carried out a development strategy centered on “revitalizing the enterprise through talent, enhancing it through science and technology, building its brand, and promoting it through culture.” By fostering collaboration between enterprises and universities, the company aims to enable numerous university‑educated professionals to play their rightful roles in the company’s growth, contribute their expertise, and accelerate its rapid and substantial development. 1. Talent Philosophy: The company is committed to a development strategy that prioritizes talent, technology, branding, and culture. It retains talent by offering meaningful career opportunities, fostering strong emotional bonds, and providing competitive compensation, thereby establishing an effective mechanism for attracting, utilizing, and retaining top talent. The company has built a multi‑tiered, diversified talent pipeline and cultural competency structure, striving to develop a high‑caliber management team and cultivate a first‑rate workforce. Its human resource development strategy is encapsulated in the principle of “attracting talent, making the most of talent, and nurturing talent,” with a people‑oriented approach that values merit above all else. The criteria for appointment emphasize integrity, loyalty, and competence, adhering to the principle that moral character takes precedence over ability; as the saying goes, “virtue without talent may be useful, but talent without virtue is difficult to employ.” 2. Establishment of an Enterprise–University Cooperation Leadership Group: To ensure the effective operation of enterprise–university partnerships, the company established in 2013 a dedicated “Enterprise–University Cooperation Leadership Group” composed of senior management and heads of key departments. Led by the company’s Chairman and General Manager, Mr. Chen, the group is tasked with analyzing and exploring models and methods of cooperation, precisely defining talent needs, clarifying collaborative directions, and comprehensively guiding and coordinating all aspects of enterprise–university collaboration and the development of corporate training bases. 【Cooperation Objectives】 Strengthening collaboration between enterprises and educational institutions, enabling mutual support, cross‑penetration, and two‑way cooperation—aiming to integrate strengths, share resources, and achieve mutual benefits—is a vital model for modernizing both academic education and corporate management, and for realizing sustainable development at the intersection of education and business. 【Advantages of Cooperation】 1. Employment Advantage: Against the backdrop of the financial crisis, unemployment remains persistently high, and graduation often equates to joblessness. To alleviate students’ employment pressures and boost school‑level placement rates, the company encourages students to undertake practical internships on the front lines of industry during their studies—an approach that offers a win‑win solution. We will regularly co‑host various career‑guidance seminars with schools, providing up-to-date employment information to help students make confident decisions about their future paths. 2. Service Advantage: We offer free, highly personalized services tailored to each student’s circumstances, abilities, and aspirations, designing optimal internship and employment plans. This not only enhances school‑level employment outcomes but also charts a clear path toward professional success for individual students. 3. Training Advantage: Guided by the principle of mutual benefit, we leverage school resources to strengthen training initiatives. Collaborative training programs can be hosted at schools—for example, vocational skills training—providing schools with economic gains while simultaneously delivering broader social benefits. The company will provide free pre‑employment training and guidance, helping students integrate more quickly into society. 4. Publicity Advantage: In line with the principles of shared benefits and resource sharing, the company and schools utilize each other’s publicity platforms and existing resources to promote employment trends and highlight our company’s strengths, thereby expanding our reach and influence. 5. Market Information Advantage: The fundamental model of “industry‑academia integration and school‑enterprise cooperation” capitalizes on the unique strengths of both academia and industry, jointly cultivating talent aligned with societal and market demands—a win‑win approach for universities and businesses alike.
